Cold Plunge

Research shows that exposing the body to extreme conditions for short periods puts it into survival mode, strengthening it to better cope with stress, colds & illnesses. Optimal temperature: 8-10°C. Optimal time: Beginners: 1-2 minutes. Advanced: 2-5 minutes. Research demonstrates that cold therapy provides the greatest benefits for 2 minutes, 3 times per week. A longer dose does not provide any additional benefit.

*The baths and sauna are available for 1 hour each. You can enjoy the solarium for as long as you like. Please bring your swimsuit and sandals. We have towels, showers, shorts, and sandals available if you don't bring your own.
