Infrared Sauna
Infrared Sauna produces heat from panels which heats the body from inside out. Traditional Saunas heat the air, which heats the body from outside to in.
Our Infrared sauna heats up 120-140° F / 50-60° C.
Both types of saunas give the same benefits. Because infrared saunas don't heat the air, it is more confortable to stay in longer.

Cold Plunge + Sundeck
